An LIC resident of two decades, Rick speaks fluent Spanish and was the first broker at Elliman to focus on the neighborhood. He was the driving force behind the firm’s LIC office opening in 2012, and spent three years as Managing Director. In 2015, he returned to the field and started focusing on new developments, exceeding all others in the number of development clients he has acquired.
Alexander Pereira came to Elliman 10+ years ago from high-profile fashion and finance. He worked with top real estate teams like The Bracha Group before becoming a founding member of Keller Williams NYC, selling onsite for luxury developments in Manhattan including The Azure, The Centurion, and Cassa among others. Alex later joined Elliman’s office in LIC, where he lives and is ingrained in the local lifestyle. His focus includes; New Condo Development, Land Sales, Commercial transactions and resales. He is the Sales Director currently for one of the fastest moving Condominium Developments in the entire Douglas Elliman New Development portfolio, QNS44 Condominiums, selling over 65% entirely off-market. He is also the Sales Director for Vernon 123 which is on the market currently and selling well. Alexander Pereira is also a Managing Partner of The Rosa Pereira Team.
